If a state does not maintain its data, one place to also look is the Census Redistricting Phase 2 Data Release.

***SUPER IMPORTANT*** For any shapefiles that are found from either of the above, it is super important to drive home that the shapefiles do not always match up with how the elections were conducted or how the results were reported. That is the work that we check and verify with our reports.
